    I ordered 2 hoodies and a mug. I was accidentally sent the wrong mug. It was in the right package, just the wrong product in the package. I contacted customer support and I got an immediate response and it was taken care of the very same day! Very friendly, helpful and prompt! The mug I did get is slightly smaller than I thought it would be, but it’s a nice thick ceramic and my hoodies are really good quality!
